Download our mobile app or sign up on our website. You’ll need to be registered at a GP surgery in England.

Order your medicine
2 to 3 minutes
Tell us which repeat prescriptions you need. Use the medicine search on our website, or use our mobile app to scan the barcode on a medicine packet.

Your GP approves
1 to 2 days
We’ll get in touch with your GP to confirm your order. Once they’ve checked it’s correct, they’ll send us an electronic prescription. We’ll then ask you to pay, unless you’re exempt.

Over to our pharmacists
1 to 2 days
Our team checks your medicine several times to make sure it’s correct – our accuracy rate is 99.995%. Then, your medicine gets dispatched from our central pharmacy.

Delivery to your door
2 to 3 days
Deliveries are sent by Royal Mail tracked, using letterbox-friendly boxes whenever possible. Our packaging is also discreet and made from sustainable materials.

Get reminders to order
You'll get reminders to order your next prescription 10 to 14 days before you run out and a week before that. Don’t take your medicine regularly? Just order when it suits you.
