Introducing our new name: LloydsDirect, now part of Pharmacy2U
Find out moreIf your GP is in England and supports electronic prescriptions, you can order medicine through LloydsDirect. And there's no need to tell them you've signed up – we’ll take care of that for you.
Each time you order medicine, we request a prescription from your GP.
Your GP sends us an electronic prescription, which usually takes 1 to 2 days.
We cover the cost of delivery, so using LloydsDirect does not cost your GP anything extra.
Most prescriptions are now processed and sent electronically.
You can choose a preferred pharmacy to receive your electronic prescriptions. The NHS calls this having a nominated pharmacy.
When you sign up to LloydsDirect, we’ll become your nominated pharmacy. This lets your GP send your prescriptions directly to us.
Every order you place will be confirmed by your GP. So you don’t need to worry about ordering the wrong medicine.
Telling us which medicines you have on repeat prescription is easy. You can do it in 2 ways.
If you’d prefer your GP to add medicine to your LloydsDirect account, you can sign up with your NHS login.
