How LloydsDirect works
1. Order your medicine
Sign up on this website or download our app, then place your order.
2. Your GP approves
After checking your order, your GP sends us an electronic prescription.
3. Receive your medicine
We deliver your medicine, for free. Or you can choose to collect it at your local LloydsPharmacy.
What is NHS login?
NHS login is a single, secure login that lets you swiftly access health and social care apps and websites. It works wherever you see the NHS login button – not just on the NHS website.
If you’ve downloaded the NHS App to check your Covid-19 vaccine status, you’ll have an NHS login. Using it with LloydsDirect means your medicines appear in your account automatically, and helps your GP approve your orders faster.

Free prescription delivery
Delivery is free on all prescription medicines, including ones that are kept in the fridge. We deliver from our central pharmacy to any address in the UK.
Always order in time
You’ll get a reminder to order your next prescription 10 days before you’re due to run out. So your next order should arrive with time to spare.
Look after loved ones
Manage your whole family’s prescriptions from your LloydsDirect account. Get their medicine delivered to you, or send it directly to them.
